These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ZK99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services offered through the ZK99 website and related applications.

ZK99 is an international online gaming platform operating under an offshore gaming licence. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including players based in Malaysia who access ZK99 via web browser or any authorised client application.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and any applicable game or promotion-specific rules.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account on ZK99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ZK99 enforces a strict minimum age policy consistent with international best practice for online gaming and casino platforms. Registration by any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You are a natural person acting in a personal capacity. Corporate, institutional, or representative registrations are not permitted.
• You have not previously been excluded, banned, or suspended from ZK99 or any affiliated platform for breach of Terms.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law, or where access to ZK99 is expressly blocked.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of ZK99, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not been identified as a problem gambler or placed yourself under a voluntary self-exclusion order that remains in effect.
• You are accessing the Platform for your own personal recreation and entertainment, and not for commercial purposes, arbitrage, or on behalf of a third party.

ZK99 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

When registering an Account on ZK99, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian IC number or passport number, valid email address, and Malaysian mobile phone number.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on ZK99. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different identity documents, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances forfeited.

ZK99 operates under international anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations and is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. As part of the KYC process, you may be required to provide:

• A copy of your Malaysian MyKad (national identity card) or valid passport;
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement) showing your name and Malaysian address;
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of eWallet account, bank statement header matching the name on your ZK99 account);
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by ZK99's compliance team.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is successfully completed. ZK99 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory identity verification.

You are obligated to ensure that all information held on your Account is accurate and up to date at all times. ZK99 accepts no liability for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details. If you become aware that any information on your Account is inaccurate or outdated, you must update it immediately by contacting our support team.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ZK99 will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat to ask for your password.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party, whether for personal, commercial, or any other purpose.
• Any activity conducted under your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.
• You must notify ZK99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or believe your credentials have been compromised.
• ZK99 reserves the right to require you to change your password at any time for security reasons.

ZK99 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform connections and applies industry-standard security protocols to protect Account data. However, ZK99 cannot be held liable for unauthorised account access resulting from the Player's own failure to maintain credential security.

ZK99 accepts deposits via a range of verified Malaysian payment methods. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a person other than the registered ZK99 account holder — are strictly prohibited.

Current accepted deposit methods include: FPX (all major Malaysian banks including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB Online, and Hong Leong Connect), DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Visa, Mastercard, USDT, and BTC. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

The standard minimum deposit for ZK99 is RM50 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player tier. Players who require higher deposit limits may contact the support team to discuss account-level limits subject to completed KYC verification.

Deposits via FPX and DuitNow are typically credited to your ZK99 account balance in real time. eWallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are generally processed within minutes. In the event of a delayed credit, please retain your payment reference number and contact ZK99 support with evidence of the transaction.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions. All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the ZK99 account holder.

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been previously used to deposit, or to a verified bank account or eWallet in the Player's name.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-related funds can be withdrawn. Real money balance (funds deposited without active bonus) is not subject to wagering requirements.
• ZK99 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds.

Processing times stated above are indicative. Actual processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required. ZK99 commits to processing the vast majority of Malaysian eWallet and DuitNow withdrawals in under 60 minutes.

ZK99 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms.

Standard wagering requirements on ZK99 bonus offers range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires the Player to wager a total of RM2,000 before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonuses may only be used on games that contribute to wagering requirements. Game-specific contribution rates are available on the promotions page.
• ZK99 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus at any time. Where a bonus has been partially wagered, the Platform will assess the adjustment on a case-by-case basis.
• Players who are determined to be abusing the bonus system — including through arbitrage, matched betting using bonus funds, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies — may have their bonuses revoked and accounts reviewed.
• Maximum bet while using bonus funds is RM20 per spin or round, unless higher limits are explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire after 30 days from the date of credit unless otherwise specified.

Eligible Players who have completed KYC verification and have been active on the Platform within the 30 days prior to their birthday may receive a birthday bonus credit. Bonus amounts are determined by the Player's VIP tier at the time of their birthday (Bronze: MYR 188 / Silver: MYR 388 / Gold: MYR 888 / VIP Elite: MYR 2,688). Birthday bonuses are subject to a 25x wagering requirement and expire after 7 days of credit.

Eligible Players may participate in the ZK99 referral programme by sharing their unique referral code. A referral bonus of MYR 38 is paid to the referring Player when a new User successfully registers using the referral code and completes a qualifying first deposit. Referral bonuses are credited as bonus balance subject to a 20x wagering requirement. Self-referral, creating fake accounts for referral credit, or any manipulation of the referral system is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

All bets and wagers placed on ZK99 are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question, in addition to these general Terms. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

• A bet is final and binding once confirmed by the Platform's system. Bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or retracted by the Player after acceptance by the system.
• ZK99 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placing, or where there is evidence of match manipulation or result-fixing in relation to a sporting event.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, communications failure, or software error during gameplay, ZK99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Where it is not technically possible to determine the fair resolution of affected bets, ZK99's decision shall be final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game, per market, and per player tier. These limits are displayed within each game or sports market and may be modified at ZK99's discretion.
• Winnings from all ZK99 games are calculated and credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) to the Player's Account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ZK99 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with ZK99.
• Money Laundering: Using ZK99 to conceal, convert, or process funds derived from criminal activity. ZK99 complies with international AML standards and is obligated to report suspicious transactions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players — whether in live casino, poker, or sports betting — to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using false identity information, or systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other mechanical or electronic device to place bets, scrape data, or interact with the Platform without express written permission from ZK99.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, display errors, or any other technical malfunction to gain an undue advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting known errors are void and will be recovered.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised payment disputes, chargebacks, or reversal requests through payment providers after funds have been validly deposited and used on the Platform.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or using the Platform if you are under the age of 21 years, or facilitating access for any person under the age of 21.

All intellectual property rights in and to the ZK99 Platform, including but not limited to the ZK99 brand name, logo, website design, interface, game content, software, text, images, graphics, and data compilations, are owned by or licensed to ZK99 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not extend to: copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content; creating derivative works; reverse engineering or decompiling any Platform software; or using ZK99 trademarks or branding without express written consent.

Game content accessible through ZK99 is owned by and subject to the separate intellectual property rights of the respective game providers. ZK99's licence to distribute such games does not transfer any intellectual property rights to Players.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZK99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform or any services provided thereon;
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform operation caused by technical failures, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events;
• Losses incurred as a result of your gambling activities on the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Changes to game rules, odds, or promotional terms made by ZK99 in accordance with these Terms;
• Actions taken by ZK99 in enforcement of these Terms, including account suspension or bonus forfeiture.

In jurisdictions where the complete exclusion of liability is not permitted, ZK99's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

ZK99 is committed to operating a responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be entertaining and begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, we encourage Players to use the tools available on the Platform and to seek external support.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via Account Settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time alerts to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous platform use.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily request account suspension for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Contact our support team to initiate self-exclusion.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications summarising session duration and net wagering activity are available to all players.

ZK99 maintains a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all players. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process and may be requested at any time. Any person who suspects that a minor may be accessing ZK99 is encouraged to report this immediately to our support team.

ZK99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player's Account at any time, without prior notice, under any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable game rules;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request;
• Identification of underage use or registration using false identity information;
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the Player or a responsible gambling authority;
• Suspected exploitation of software errors, bonus abuse, or collusion;
• Regulatory or legal obligation requiring closure of the account.

Where an Account is suspended for investigation purposes, ZK99 will endeavour to complete its review within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the Player. Where an Account is closed for breach of Terms, any remaining real money balance (net of bonus funds and any recoverable losses caused by the Player's breach) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 30 days, subject to ZK99's right of set-off.

Players may also request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting ZK99 support. Pending bonuses will be forfeited upon voluntary closure. Real money balances will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, net of any applicable processing fees.

ZK99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — affecting Player rights, financial obligations, or key platform rules — ZK99 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to the address registered on the Player's Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact ZK99 to arrange Account closure before the effective date.

The current version of these Terms, as published on this page with the effective date noted in the page header, supersedes all prior versions.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZK99 holds its international gaming licence.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of ZK99 services shall first be submitted to ZK99's internal dispute resolution process, which is initiated by contacting the support team in writing. ZK99 commits to responding to all formal written disputes within 14 business days.
